Mary McKeown-Moak is the author or editor of three
books on education finance and business administration, and has published
numerous articles and monographs. She has served as an expert witness in
federal desegregation court cases, and has been president of the American
Education Finance Association, Chair of the State Higher Education Finance
Officers, and chair of two Special Interest Groups (SIGs) of the American
Education Research Association. Her research interests include the economics
and finance of education, educational management, strategic planning, and
intercollegiate athletics.
