David Williams is an Associate Professor in the David O. McKay School of
Education at Brigham Young University. He is in the Department of
Instructional Psychology and Technology and has interests in evaluation of
educational programs and products, distance education, service and
experiential learning, international education and development, moral and
citizen education, and evaluation of efforts to enhance all these.
