    Why Finland ? Why not Puerto Rico and Mississippi ? Finland and Ireland ?
    Strange , but interesting. As a soon-to-be Doctoral Candidate (Education), I am seriously considering researching why hispanic students in the U.S. have a higher dropout rates than Anglos.

    I liked the aroma of you work; now I must locate the meat.
