Through bibliographic and documentary research, we investigate the most profitable and prestigious strategies around the world and how the Brazilian initiative has been configured on the world stage. We observe that the current internationalization movement favors rich and northern countries, guaranteeing economic and political power to the prestigious welcoming universities.
