Overview of Publishing Activities

  • 124 articles were released in 2014, representing a 36% increase from 2013
    • 24 articles in Portuguese
    • 39 articles in Spanish
    • 62 articles in English
    • 202 authors (compared to 168 in 2013) from more that a 100 institutions and 24 different countries (compared to just 19 countries in 2012)
    • 260 reviewers collaborated with EPAA/AAPE
    • Formalized the agreement with Revista de Política Educativa and posted 21 articles.

Announcements

  • Beginning in Fall 2014, editorial support for EPAA has been provided by edXchange’s Scholarly Communications Group, a knowledge mobilization initiative supported by Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College.
  • Starting in January 2015, Dr. Kevin Kinser will be the new associate editor of higher education and we would like to thank Dr. Rick Mintrop for his service to the journal.
