Abstract

This article proposes to identify the objectives of the Italian educational system and its resources in order to optimize the work of teachers, and to find for each one, the most proper place, to find the proposals that may help to improve the Italian school. We also try to clear on the basis of which elections, rules and controls the Italian educational system regulates itself. In that purpose, interactions between teachers and pupils will be analyzed, to determine how the personnel selection should be carried out, how specific jobs should be assigned and in what way controls and hierarchical relations should be implemented.

Giuseppe Bertola, Università Degli Studi Di Torino

Giuseppe Bertola es Doctor en Economía de MIT. En la actualidad es profesor del Instituto Universitario Europeo y de la Universidad de Turín. Su trabajo se ha concentrado en las áreas de macroeconomía, instituciones del mercado laboral y distribución del ingreso. Sus investigaciones recientes se centran en los efectos distributivos de las instituciones en el mercado laboral, especialmente en lo que respecta al proceso de integración económica y monetaria de Europa.

Daniele Checchi, Università Degli Studi Di Milano

Daniele Checchi es graduado en Discipline Economiche e Sociali por la Università Commerciale “L.Bocconi", Master of Science in Economics por la London School of Economics y Doctor en Economia por el Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione. Se desempeña como profesor universitario en la Facoltà di Scienze Politiche y en la Facoltà di Economia de la Università degli Studi di Milano. Ha colaborado como consultor económico del Ufficio Studi CISL, centrándose en el análisis de la coyuntura económica y de la economía regional.
