David C. Berliner Collection

A long time contributor and editorial board member, David C. Berliner was the author of the second article published in EPAA/AAPE in 1993. Trained as an educational psychologist, this article launched David’s career as a scholar of educational policy. David’s EPAA/AAPE article became the basis of David’s award-winning book with Bruce Biddle, The Manufactured Crisis and helped launch EPAA/AAPE as a premier source of educational scholarship that was and remains, free for readers and authors.
